I was wondering how we are supposed to type up our paper on "The Scarlet Letter". Are we supposed to write it in an essay format or can we leave it in a bulleted list format?

I'm not sure what paper you are referring to. I don't think I have yet given the assignment for a paper on the novel. Are you referring to the short story? Why don't you email me directly with this, since I don't know if you will check the blog again....if you don't check it again, well, then, I'll tell you in class!

In the Boston House Introductory, I found that the background info was a bit difficult to read through, but once at around pg. 30. it started to build a plot. So I am basically saying once you get to page 30, it is much easier and interesting to read.

I am referring to the paper we are supposed to write for the group thing for the scarlet letter. For example, I am the connector, so should I write it in an essay format or could I do it in bullets?

Oh, I see! Sorry! However you did it for tonight is fine since I didn't get back to you. Bullets might be easier for group discussion. You, by no means, are expected to write a well-formed essay.

Huzzah for page 30!!!
